Email-to-Invoice Automation System

Invoicing can be a repetitive administrative task, especially when the information already exists in emails or payment confirmations. The goal was to automate the process from incoming email to finished PDF invoice.

• Connects to email and reads relevant payment messages.
• Automatically extracts customer, amount, transaction ID and date.
• Uses simple NLP/logic to extract names and structured information.
• Generates a professional PDF invoice with a structured file name and invoice number.
• Can be run manually or developed further into a server-based automation.

The project shows how small administrative workflows can be automated with Python, email parsing and document generation. It is a simple but very practical kind of automation that many small businesses will recognize.
